railroad ride

hello,
what have you guys been up to this month?
last sunday, i went out with an old school friend, valerie! we have been studying at different colleges for half a year now and it's been really hard finding time to meet up and stuff. so i was really happy when we got together for this photo shoot!

we went to an abandoned railroad to shoot all these photos.
here in singapore, the railroad is pretty popular and many people come here to take wedding photos and have casual photo shoots etc.

on a side note, i just started my second day of school and i'm having fun already? (maybe because i'm taking the photography module and i'm sooooo stoked for it) our first photography lecture was today and there are outdoor shoots planned for my class! really hope to learn something new and apply it to my photos so i can give y'all better quality photos :) 

btw, if you guys are wondering, el means 'the' so my header means: the ven things

wandering

hello friends!

so a few days back, i explored clarke quay and went to a cat café located at that area. i went with my cousin and walked everywhere trying to find some nice places to take photos of aka being touristy in my own country hahaha

when i saw this building i imagined a perfect colour palette with its colours all in its own place.
hence, i waited for a really long time for all the vehicles to pass by so that i could quickly snap this shot.

Meet Emma!
my cousin and i went this quaint little cat cafe after walking for an hour or so along the streets of clarke quay. it was around 4pm where the cats were all having their afternoon nap. hence, i didn't manage to capture all of their cats there. anyways, it was a lovely place to chill, have some coffee and play with the cats.

after spending the entire afternoon and evening walking around i managed to capture all of these shots! it started to drizzle slightly so we headed into the malls for shelter. nonetheless, it was a great day :)
